Call Center Operator

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a part-time Call Center Operator with clear spoken communication and patience. Evening and weekend shifts make this role a good fit for students.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information
• Register and route customer requests in internal systems
• Support customers in using remote banking channels
• Meet service quality and response-time standards

Requirements

• Clear spoken Georgian; Russian or English is an advantage
• Ability to work evening or weekend shifts
• Basic computer skills
• Stress tolerance and a friendly manner
• Work schedule
• Shift-based, including evenings and weekends
